      • 1. The staff washroom hand sink was not equipped with paper towel or a hand dryer. 2. The staff washroom was not equipped with liquid hand soap in a pump-style dispenser.

      • The facility was found to be in operation without a valid food handling permit.     • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • 1. Flooring tiles were in disrepair (broken and/or missing) throughout the facility.2. The cashier platform was constructed of unpainted oriented strand board (not smooth or washable). The front white panel of the of the cashier platform was a rough material and visibly dirty.3. A ceiling panels (suspended ceiling) in the back storage area was broken and 3 panels were water damaged/stained.

      • 1. Dust build-up on top of the Coca-Cola cooler in the retail area. 2. Dirt build-up on the floor around the ATM machine. 3. Dirt build-up on the front base/kickplate of the cashier platform.4. Water stains from previous water infiltration observed on the north (doorway) wall of the south storage room.
