      • The food safe sanitizer solution bottles are labeled as a Quat sanitizer; however, the facility is using the Ecolab sink and surface sanitizer solutions. Please re-label the sanitizer bottles to accurately reflect the contents of the bottle.APRIL 17/25: Same issue noted. Bottles were labelled as quats and did not register on test strips. All bottles were dumped and replaced with 100 PPM bleach & water solutions.Ensure that properly labelled bottles and sanitizer-specific testing equipment are on-site.

    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The hand washing sink located next to the dishwasher was not stocked with paper towels at the time of the inspection. The paper towel was re-stocked at the time of the inspection. Please ensure all hand sinks are always stocked with paper towels in a proper paper towel dispenser, liquid hand soap, and running hot/cold water to facilitate proper hand washing.

      • Flats of beverages were stored directly on the floor. Store all food off the floor to protect against contamination.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The paper towel dispenser at the hand wash station in the bar was empty. Ensure that all hand wash stations are equipped with soap and single-use paper towels at al times.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • 1. Ice scoop was stored directly on top of the bulk ice machine. Store the ice scoop in such a way to prevent contamination (i.e. in a clean insert). Corrected during inspection.2. A knife was stored between the wall and the counter on near the cooking line. Do not store knives between counters. Store in such a way to protect against contamination. Corrected during inspection.
