- Quat test strips had expired on October 1st, 2023. Please obtain new quat test strips to be able to test and verify the concentration of the sanitizer solutions (200ppm).
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- The hot water at the hand washing sink was turned off due to a leak at the faucet. Please repair the leak such that the hot water can always be left on. Hot/cold water must always be available for hand washing by food handlers.
