    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • First aid kit in the portable classroom had no antiseptic wipes and emergency blanket. - Please update first aid kit to meet the requirements for Health and Safety Guide for Operators of Childcare Facilities.
    • 13. Is this facility properly heated to ensure client comfort (Critical)?
      • Temperature of the gym classroom and around the school measured at 17C. -Program coordinator aware of the heating problem and confirm the issue is being worked on. -Please fix heating issue as soon as possible and ensure temperature in the facility is kept at >20C.
    • 19. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Critical)?
      • 1. Chlorine in the chemical dishwasher used for cleaning and sanitizing toys measured at 0ppm. - Please repair the dishwasher and ensure sanitizer strength is at 100ppm of chlorine.-Continue to clean toys manually using the sink. Wash, rinse and sanitize toys, follow manufacture's instruction for use on contact time for sanitizing and leave to air dry. 2. Test strips were unavailable for Zep, Chlorine and Diversey sanitizer. - Please obtain appropriate test strips for all chemical sanitizers used in the facility.
