    • 29(2)(a) INADEQUATE MAINTENANCE, CLEANING & SANITATION PROGRAM.
      • Do not use equipment washing sinks for non-food equipment purposes (paint rollers or mop water etc.) Acquire / locate drain plugs / standpipes for equipment washing sinks and educate staff on proper washing methods. Replace expired test strips for sanitizer ("Quats"). Correct concentration of sanitizer product dispensed at sinks (too high). Clean taps at front handwash and equipment wash sinks daily. Do not leave coffee creamers at room temperature (discarded). Keep in fridge at <= 4C at all times.

      • Permit posted is expired. Ensure permit renewed and post valid permit immediately for public viewing.
