      • Provide additional lighting at ice machine / beverage area. Repair / replace dishwasher temperature gauge so accurate. Keep written daily records for dishwasher temperature and chlorine sanitizer concentrations. Acquire test strips for chlorine. Cease use of cardboard (corrected during inspection). Correct ice machine drain so indirect connection and complies with plumbing code. Provide platform / racks for walk-in coolers.
    • 34 - OPERATOR FAILING TO ENSURE FOOD & FOOD INGREDIENTS ARE STORED, PROCESSED, OR HANDLED IN A MANNER THAT PREVENTS ADULTERATION OR CONTAMINATION.
      • All food must be covered, labelled dated and stored >= 6in. / 15cm. off of the floor. Rapid cool at <= 2in depths (Method corrected during inspection).

Keep written daily records for dishwasher temperature and chlorine sanitizer concentrations. Acquire test strips for chlorine. Clean staff washroom, undershelves & under equipment, & 3 comp. sinks. Cease use of cardboard. Correct ice machine drain so indirect connection and complies with plumbing code. Provide platform / racks for walk-in coolers.
