Tongs were stored in a liquid solution in the stainless steel container, but measured concentration of the sanitizer was 0ppm. Requested staff rewash tong and refill container with fresh sanitizer.

WARNING: In the future, if you are unable to provide proof of purchase for food products that onsite, the product will be discarded, and further enforcement may occur.
