      • Bulk food in bags (sugar) was left opened at the dry storage area.- Ensure food is protected from contamination by storing in a lid tight container
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Expired chlorine test strips but no Quats test strips were available. -Ensure valid test strips are available for measuring the sanitizing agent concentration at 100ppm Chlorine and 200ppm Quats.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • The loading dock still appears to have a gap on the right corner.-Adjust the loading dock door seal to close off the gaps. -Install vermin-proof seal
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • The following areas had debris or/ dirt:1. Floor of the walk-in freezer2. Floor under the single-use storage shelve opposite the walk-in freezer.-Clean the indicated areas
