      • No chlorine test strips available - please purchase.

      • Gap observed under front and rear entry doors - replace weatherstripping.Pest control records were not up to date. Please resume documenting monthly pest control measures.

      • The washroom opens directly into the kitchen; ensure washroom doo should be closed at all times.

      • - Hard to reach areas behind the equipment in the back should be cleaned.- The furnace opposite the dishwashing sink should be cleaned of the dirt build-up. Do not store clean kitchen ware/ storage bins under the furnace.
