      • Toddler room:Diaper pad was being stored on the floor in front of the hand sink.Please ensure that the diapering pad is stored out of reach of the children when not in use.Disinfectant for diapering pad should be readily available near diapering area (available in room).

      • Paper towel was not available in out of school care and staff washroom.Paper towel was brought and installed in dispensers. Ensure that soap and paper towel is readily available at all hand sinks

      • Toddler room:Slide in room requires protective surfacing around the slide OR remove the slide from the indoor play area.

      • Adequate hot water was not available at the hand sinks. Discussed with staff to ensure children are washing their hands fully in hand sinks. Director indicated plumber had been onsite and parts were ordered.
    • 29. Are washrooms / bathing facilities properly constructed, maintained and supplied (Non-Critical)?
      • OSC washroom: Toilet paper was not stored in proper dispenser.Toilet paper holder was put in osc washroom at time of inspection.
