Dial thermometer for the middle display cooler was observed at 7 degrees Celsius and infrared thermometer temperature for the unit ranged from 7.5-8.5C. Only low risk beverages were observed to be stored in the middle unit.

The cooler holding the coffee creamers measured at 15 degrees C during the inspection.Please have these coolers adjusted/repaired to ensure that they maintain a minimum temperature of 4degrees C or below. Do not store high-risk food items in these coolers pending when they repaired.
