      • 1. The lever/handle at the 3-compartment sink was in disrepair - staff stated the piece had been ordered and staff demonstrated they could still turn the water on and off2. The wall being the dishwasher, spray sink, and ice bin sink was unfinished wood3. The platform the ice bin sat on was unfinished woodACTION REQUIRED: repair the faucet at the three-compartment sink. Refinish the above-mentioned wall and platform so it is smooth, washable, and impervious to moisture.

      • 2026-06-24-Mechanical ventilation filters were greasy. Staff stated professional cleaning was booked for early July 2026.________________________ 2024-08-07-The mechanical ventilation servicing was due in April 2024 as per the sticker pasted on it. -Staff member confirmed that the ventilation system service appointment had already made for Saturday (21 September 2024). Action required:-Please get the service and send the picture of the serviced ventilation system.

      • A gap was observed between the counter and the wall beside the front handwashing sink. Ensure that the indicated gap is sealed to render the surface smooth and easy to clean.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • 1. The probe thermometers were visibly dirty. 2. The gasket and hinges of the prep table cooler right-hand door (furthest inside of the cookline) was in disrepair: the gasket was falling off, and the top hinge was broken - door fell off when openedACTION REQUIRED: clean and sanitize the probe thermometers. Repair the indicated cooler door.

      • 2026-06-251. Food debris on the shelving above the counter in the cookline2. Accumulation of old bottles in the “out of order” bathroom ACTION REQUIRED: conduct deep clean of the facility. _______________________2025-09-101. A buildup of food debris was observed on the floor beneath the front handwashing sink. 2. A buildup of grime was observed on the floor near the back prep cooler in the main food prep area. 1-2. Ensure that the indicated areas are cleaned and sanitized.

      • Several used cleaning cloths were observed to be sitting on the counter when not in use. Ensure used cleaning cloths are kept within a sanitizer such as 200ppm QUAT sanitizer or placed in the laundry to help prevent contamination of food-contact surfaces. The operator placed the indicated cloths in the laundry during the inspection.
