- There are some boxes of food/candy being stored directly on the floor. Store food/candy at least 6 inches off the floor.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- There is a gap on the left side of the door to the parking lot. Fill in gap to prevent entry by mice.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- Some baseboard is missing in candy storage room/area. Install baseboard so that debris can no accumulate between the floor and the wall.
- 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
- Overall cleanliness is good, there is just some build-up on floor around edges of shelving in the "kitchen." Please clean this area.
