      • Observation(s): Please ensure the bulk food scoop handles do not touch the food. Ideally, they should have a holder or hook inside the bin to prevent from touching the food and are protected from contaminants outside the bins.

      • Observation(s): Walk in cooler was reading 13C during inspection. Operator moved meats and cheeses to freezer and was bringing in ice to cool foods until technician could arrive. Please submit work receipt from technician and work plan for the cooler. Please ensure that there is a backup plan in the food safety plan for this to happen. High-risk food was discarded.
      • F1.2B Potentially hazardous foods must be stored or displayed at a temperature of 4 °C (40 °F) or colder.
    • F1.6 Are the foods from approved sources and has the operator taken steps to ensure that the food is safe for consumption?
      • Observation(s): Please ensure there are labels on every food item when repackaging into smaller portions. Even a photocopy if the manufacturer does not deliver enough individual labels. The foods sold at the store are from approved sources but still need a sticker or some other validation for the customer.

      • Observation(s): ensure all foods have the proper labelling from the manufacturer including nutritional value and ingredients. currently only the "global grocers" and price label are on the re-packaged products. Ensure when you are repacking items you are at least photocopying the nutritional value and ingredients from the original packaging and attaching it to the product All items from approved suppliers are to have these labels on all their product. Inquire with Two Rivers and Gian to ensure they are providing you with these labels
