- Observation(s): Walk in cooler was reading 13C during inspection. Operator moved meats and cheeses to freezer and was bringing in ice to cool foods until technician could arrive. Please submit work receipt from technician and work plan for the cooler. Please ensure that there is a backup plan in the food safety plan for this to happen. High-risk food was discarded.

The foods sold at the store are from approved sources but still need a sticker or some other validation for the customer.

Ensure when you are repacking items you are at least photocopying the nutritional value and ingredients from the original packaging and attaching it to the product All items from approved suppliers are to have these labels on all their product. Inquire with Two Rivers and Gian to ensure they are providing you with these labels
