- No written procedures for skin cleansing prior to services and accidental cuts were available.

- Single-use tools (buffing blocks, toe separators nail files and mascara wands) were being reused, and they were reported to be washed between the clients. Ensure that single-use tools are discarded after each client.

- Linen was not changed/washed after each client: blanket used on the waxing bed was not visibly clean and was reported to be washed once a week. Please ensure that all linen used is changed after each client.
