    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • 1. An unsuitable diaper changing surface was observed in the junior toddler room. The surface was covered with fabric material, which is not appropriate for diapering procedures.-Please provide a suitable diaper mat that is smooth, non-absorbent, and easy to clean. Ensure all diaper changing surfaces meet these standards to support proper hygiene and sanitation practices.2. Extraneous materials were observed on the diapering surface, which may interfere with proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures.-Please remove all items from the diapering surface to ensure it can be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each diapering process.
    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • First aid kits missing scissors, tweezer and emergency blankets. Expired antiseptic wipes were also observed.-Please provide the identified items in all classrooms' kits.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Burnt-out light bulbs were observed in the junior toddler room, resulting in reduced lighting.-Please replace all burnt-out bulbs in the classrooms to ensure adequate lighting throughout the facility, supporting a safe and comfortable environment for children and staff.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • Cane rattan toy containers which could be difficult to properly clean and sanitize, were observed in classrooms.-Please replace such toy containers with smooth, nonabsorbent and easy-to-clean containers.

      • 1. Small clips used to hang art in toddler room are a choking hazard. Remove small clips and replace with larger ones.2. One outlet plug missing in the infant room. This was corrected druing inspection.
