      • **Updated June 26th, 2026: wall was repaired but still requires to be painted over**2. The wall by the door in the 19 months - 3 years 2nd room was damaged, making it difficult to clean.Please smooth and refinish the wall so it is smooth and easy to clean.

      • Thumb tacks were above the child play areas in the rooms throughout the facility.Please remove the tacks to prevent the risk of injury
    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • Test strips were not available to test the concentration of the hydrogen peroxide that was mixed onsite. Please acquire test strips from the manufacturer to verify concentration of the Ecopure EP50 disinfectant.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • Reusable towels were being used to dry hands after washing in the childcare rooms.Hand sinks must be equipped with single use towels or paper towels to prevent contamination.Operator stocked hand sinks with paper towels during the inspection

      • 1.The diapering mats in the baby room and the 19 - 3 years room were damaged making them difficult to clean. Please repair or replace the mats to ensure they are smooth, non-absorbent, and easy to clean.2. The wall by the door in the 19 months - 3 years 2nd room was damaged, making it difficult to clean.Please smooth and refinish the wall so it is smooth and easy to clean.

      • Facility was reusing cleaning clothes to wipe down surfaces in the childcare rooms.Please ensure cleaning clothes are replaced after a single use or stored in a solution of the disinfectant used onsite. Alternatively, single use paper towels can used to wipe down surfaces throughout the facility.
