      • Quat sanitizer was less than 200ppm. Operator prompted and a new solution was prepared which measured at 200ppm
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Soap was not available in the hand sink inside the kitchen. Ensure all hand wash supplies are available at all times to facilitate proper handwash.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • A quarterly pest control record with Golden Arrow company was seen. However, a monthly record is required. Ensure a monthly pest control is available at all times.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • The ceiling around the kitchen area needs to be cleaned as an accumulation of dust was observed.

      • The larger plastic inserts/bins were cracked at the bottom. Please remove any damaged items from the facility.The white cutting board by prep cooler is due for replacement in the near future.

      • Bare wood affixed to wall holding various electrical boxes needs to be painted smooth and easy to clean to render surface cleanable as it is located in the kitchen between a prep table and walk-in cooler/freezer.
