      • No written procedures for skin cleansing prior to waxing, accidental skin cuts or punctures and Handwashing and equipment reprocessing sink decontamination, were observed during the inspection. Written procedures must be developed and implemented for all the aforementioned procedures.

      • No skin cleansing takes place prior to waxing. Skin must be properly cleansed before waxing to maintain hygienic conditions and prevent potential infection.

      • Used single-use nail buffer blocks were observed at all client service stations. All single-use tools must be discarded after use on each client to prevent cross-contamination.

      • 1. High-level disinfectant and associated test strips were not available at the facility at the time of inspection. Provide an approved high-level disinfectant and the appropriate test strips to ensure proper disinfection of reusable instruments and verification of disinfectant concentration.2. Records of high-level disinfectant testing have not been established. Implement a system for recording and maintaining disinfectant testing results to ensure ongoing effectiveness and compliance.3. Semi-critical reusable tools are not being disinfected with a high-level disinfectant. All semi-critical tools must be effectively disinfected using an approved high-level disinfectant.

      • Handwashing was taking place at the sink designated for the reprocessing of tools. Handwashing must not be conducted at the reprocessing sink. If the same sink is used, it must be thoroughly decontaminated before each use
