Shift supervisor reorganized the products in the walk-in cooler during the inspection and staff were instructed to move all food away from this area and keep it clear until the leak is repaired.

Lower portions of the coolers were within the required temperature range. Discussed the issue with staff during the inspection.Dough cooler measured 6.8C, staff indicated that a repair person had been contacted to fix the unit. All product transferred to the walk-in cooler - do not use the unit until it can maintain the required refrigeration temperature of 4C.
