      • Facility using kitchen dishwasher to clean toys. The rising temperature of the dishwasher was found to 67'C.Please repair and ensure dishwasher rinsing temperature is maintained at or above 71'C for proper cleaning and sanitizing of toys and other equipment.*In the meanwhile, please sanitized the toys in 100 ppm of bleach solution and air dry after they have washed in the dishwasher.

    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • 1. Chlorine test strips expired 2022. Obtain new test strips. 2. Art supplies and papers were stored on the diapering surface in the toddler room. Do not store items on diapering surface to prevent cross contamination. CDI.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • 1. The green shelf in the kindergarten room has raw wood exposed. Ensure this is painted. 2. The red and white shelf in the baby room has raw wood exposed and drawers are stuck. Remove.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • A few toys in each room have a build up of debris. Ensure these are cleaned.
