    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • Facility's commercial dishwasher was not in good working condition; its rinsing temperature was found to be 67'C after 3 washing cycles.Action Required:-Repair the dishwasher and ensure its rinsing temperature is maintained at or above 71'C to assure food safety procedures.-In the meanwhile, until the dishwasher is repaired and working properly please clean and sanitize food and children utensils using the three-sink dishwashing method.
