- No sanitizer solution was initially prepared for food prep areas in the kitchen. - QUAT sanitizer was prepared in a container and concentration tested at 200 ppm.- As discussed, ensure that a sanitizer is prepared for use at all times for each food handling area and washcloths should be kept submerged in the sanitizer solution.

Visible gaps were noted in the back door - light can be seen coming through gaps. - Repair back door or replace weather stripping to ensure that all exterior doors are properly closed to prevent pest entry.2. No previous pest control records were provided at the time of the inspection.- Ensure pest control records are being maintained onsite at all times.
