      • Following concerns were noted 1)Small toys, possibly choking hazard were observed in the toddler room.2) Medicinal rash cream was observed in the storage bins accessible to children in infant room.3) Sharp scissor was observed accessible to children in toddler room.4) Mouthed toy bins was stored accessible to children.Indicated violations were promptly addressed during the inspection.

      • Diapering mat in infant room was missing safety belts.Violation was corrected during the inspection.** Discoloration was observed on the diapering mat it is highly recommended to replace the diapering mat **
    • 15. Is laundry being properly handled in a suitable manner?
      • Obtain and label the clean and dirty laundry bins to ensure the separation of soiled and clean laundry.** If using reusable rags to disinfect the surfaces, each room must have dirty rag bins to put the dirty rags after each use **
    • 19. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Critical)?
      • The operator stated that toys are cleaned by soaking them in a bleach sanitizing solution using a bin method.Use a two-compartment sink method for toy cleaning and sanitizing:Wash toys thoroughly with soap and water to remove dirt and debris.Rinse as required.Sanitize toys by soaking them in a bleach solution at 100–200 ppm chlorine for the appropriate contact time.Alternatively, repair the heat-sanitizing dishwasher in the kitchen and use it for toy sanitization in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

      • **Toddler and pre-school room internal door locks were broken, no child proof covers for door handles either.Ensure to add the locks to these doors, so kids cannot sneak out of the said rooms.**As the facility is based in church, au unlocked door to church was accessible to children.Ensure that the indicated door is kept locked to prevent child access to the non-childcare area.
