- Floor covering patches near the walk-in freezer/ coolers and in front of the steamer are lifting. The flooring next to the steamer drain is damaged. The butcher block must be refinished, sanded and re-sealed, or replaced. Replacing it is recommended as butcher blocks need regular maintenance and there is no need for this type of surface in this kitchen.The shelf of the activator stand is showing rust. The rust must be removed.

- The water has been cleared and the floors are much cleaner. A deeper cleaning is planned for tonight when the kitchen is not in use. The moisture meter readings of the drywall in the dining area that were impacted by the water show high moisture. Facilities management plans to remove the baseboards and dry these affected areas. The dining room should not be used until remediation is finished. The kitchen is acceptable to use now.

- Staff had to evacuate the premises during the accidental release of an unknown liquid. AS a result some food that was out for preparation was left at room temperature for more than 2 hours. The temperature range of the products were 15.6C-17.8C. The following items were in metal cambros of varying sizes and were discarded:3-Tomato Soup2-Pork Chops2-Chicken Breast2- Vegetable Soup2- Chili1-Cauliflower

- Due to the accidental triggering of a sprinkler in a walk in cooler there was a significant release of dirty water into the cooler which flooded throughout the kitchen and dining area. No food was in the cooler where the sprinkler was set off. The floors must all be cleaned and sanitized. The baseboards where water has passed through the walls must be removed and dried. Anything that has the potential to have been splashed by the water must be cleaned and sanitized as well. The kitchen will voluntarily close until this work is completed.
