      • Individually packaged small creamers were stored on a melted ice pack measured 23.1C. Staff replaced creamers.Please ensure creamers are stored in adequate refrigeration or on ice that fully surrounds the product to maintain temperatures at 4°C or below at all times.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Shelving inside the coffee‑area cabinet was observed to be dirty and had exposed/unsealed wood, which prevents effective cleaning and may harbor bacteria.Please clean the shelving and repair or replace the exposed wood so that all surfaces are smooth, non‑absorbent, and easy to sanitize.

    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Creamers on ice packs were at 11.8 C. Ice packs were changed with frozen ones. Creamers must be stored at 4 C or colder, and ice packs changed as often as necessary to maintain this temperature, or a small amount of creamers can be put out and after 2 hours, any remaining creamers must be discarded. If using time as a control, then staff must be documenting and monitoring when the creamers were put out/when they are to be discarded.
