- Observation(s): Main high temp dishwasher was in disrepair. Operator is aware and maintenance team has been contacted for repair. Please do not use the dishwasher until it is able to achieve sufficient sanitizing action-82C at manifold and 71C at place level. The facility has other dishwashers that are in good working order, therefore, can wash and sanitize dishes at the other dishwashers for now.
