      • Hand sink counter surface is damaged. Repair to ensure that all surfaces are non-porous and easy to clean.

      • * Some of the food containers were left open in the walk-in cooler. * Bag of carrot was left on the floor in the walk- in cooler. Corrected during the inspection by the operator.

      • *Noted during the inspection two of big frozen beef packages were left in room temperature for thawing. Corrected during the inspection. Packages were still frozen, operator put them in the walk-in cooler.       • *Caulking by the side of the hand sink in the kitchen was not in good repair. Mildew started to grow on the surface. Please repair it.*Counter edge of the hand sink in the kitchen and in the washroom was peeling of the surface. Please make sure it is repaired.

      • Meat packages were stored directly on the floor in the walk-in cooler.Please make sure store food elevated off the floor in original packages or containers that are not easily damaged and that minimize access by pests and prevent contamination of the food.

      • Couple of the food items packages were stacked on the top of each other in the prep cooler. Corrected during the inspection by the operator. Please make sure food item are separately stored in the proper food grade containers to prevent contamination.

      • Cleaning is required for the following areas;* Food debris and dust at the shelves where plates are stored. * Food debris around the prep coolers.Please make sure cleaning for the areas above are done.

      • There were buckets of food item left open in the walk-in cooler. **Corrected during the inspection**. Please make sure open food containers in the walk-in cooler are covered with their lids. There were some food packages and containers directly contact with floor. **Corrected during the inspection**. Please make sure food packages and containers are not stored on the floor.

      • There was no paper towel at the hand washing sink. **Corrected during the inspection.** Operator put a roll of paper towel into the dispenser. There was a food strainer in the sink. **Corrected during the inspection. ** Removed from the sink by the operator during the inspection. Please make sure hand washing sink is accessible at all times and not obstructed.

      • Cleaning is required for the following areas:*Grease built up on the exhaust hood filters above the grill . Please clean them. *Food debris under the bottom shelf in the walk-in cooler.
