    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • 2 bins/compartments of the hot holding unit were not reaching to 60C or above. Temperatures were measured at 46C and 50 C. Corrected during the inspection. Temperature of the unit was adjusted. All bins' temperatures were compliant.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Exhaust canopy was not serviced. There was no service sticker on the exhaust to determine the last service date and next service date. Grease and dust built up at the exhaust canopy and side of the surface. Please make sure exhaust canopy is serviced properly.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Cleaning is required for the following areas;*Grease, dust and food debris built up at the exhaust canopy filter and dust on the stainless-steel surface beside the filters. *Grease and food debris stainless-steel wall surface beside the deep fryer, beside the grill and deep fryers.Please clean it.
