      • 1) Spice container was left opened; operator was asked to cover it with saran wrap to protect from contamination.2) Broken pickled jar lid was discarded and product was moved into different container.

      • *Bottom shelves of service station, cooler handles and windows need cleaning, food debris (bread) was found on the kitchen floor was discarded. Please clean the surfaces mentioned above and maintain it in the sanitary condition.*Dust accumulation on the spice container and surface beside waffle station. Please clean and sanitize the area.
