      • The north kitchen hand wash sink did not have a paper towel dispenser.Install a paper towel dispenser at the north kitchen hand wash sink.

      • The inside of the drawer coolers on the west side of the cookline had food debris/soil accumulation. Clean the inside of the drawer coolers.
