- One of the display coolers near the pizza oven was measured at 15°C. The rubber seal on the cooler door is not properly fitted, and a gap is visible when the door is closed. Please arrange for repairs and do not use this cooler to store perishable food items (items that require refrigeration). The cooler must be maintained at 4°C or below.
