- 19(2)(b) A food establishment must provide all of the following in accordance with applicable legislation or as considered acceptable by the Administrator:

- Handwash sink to be used for handwashing only. Items in sink moved to 3-compartment sink at the time of inspection.

- Plumbing leak under 3-compartment sink requires repair.
- 20(2) A washroom facility must be constructed, equipped, and designed in accordance with the Nova Scotia Building Code.
- Both public washrooms require paper towel. Paper towel replaced at the time of inspection.

- 29(2)(a) - INADEQUATE MAINTENANCE, CLEANING & SANITATION PROGRAM.
- Front grease trap under dishwasher must be properly closed and sealed. Replace light bulb in male washroom.
- 33(1) - OPERATOR FAILING TO ENSURE TEMPERATURE OF FOOD IS CONTROLLED SO FOOD DOES NOT DETERIORATE OR BECOME INEDIBLE OR UNSAFE.
- One hot held product not held >60C / 140F was discarded at time of inspection. Operator made another batch and adjusted unit and is responsible to monitor.
- 33(2) - OPERATOR FAILING TO ENSURE REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT HAS TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICE THAT IS ACCURATE AND IN GOOD REPAIR.
- Thermometer in small refrigerated prep. table appears broken and inaccurate and requires replacement. Temperature logs not recorded last few days dairy and small prep cooler. Operator to maintain these records and ensure hot holding record kept.
