      • Downstairs servery relocated to former office space requires carpeting removed and smooth impervious durable flooring in place / installed and lighting to be >= 540 Lux shielded or shatterproof type.

Provide handwashing supplies and dispensers for liquid soap and paper towel where removed adjacent food server downstairs.
