    • 19(3) - FAILING TO HAVE APPROPRIATE LIGHTING & PLUMBING CONSIDERED ACCEPTABLE TO THE MINISTER.
      • Correct function of two bulbs in bakery walk-in's.
    • 33(1) - OPERATOR FAILING TO ENSURE TEMPEERATURE OF FOOD IS CONTROLLED SO FOOD DOES NOT DETERIORATE OR BECOME INEDIBLE OR UNSAFE.
      • Produce area curtain fridge not holding <=4C in foods. Unit again taken out of use and not to be used for PHF's until corrected. All product today's production relocated to other working refrigeration.

    • 19(3) - FAILING TO HAVE APPROPRIATE LIGHTING & PLUMBING CONSIDERED ACCEPTABLE TO THE MINISTER.
      • Correct function of three ceiling lights and two bulb in walk-ins in bakery area, 1 bulb in diary walk-in, and lighting for curtain fridge in produce area. Correct drain on steamer oven in seafood section to be indirect connection and comply with plumbing requirements of local plumbing authority.
    • 33(1) - OPERATOR FAILING TO ENSURE TEMPEERATURE OF FOOD IS CONTROLLED SO FOOD DOES NOT DETERIORATE OR BECOME INEDIBLE OR UNSAFE.
      • Produce area curtain fridge not holding <=4C in foods. Operator discarded potentially hazardous foods held >4 hours at >4C. Other PHF's held <4 hours were relocated to other working refrigeration. Unit has been taken out of use and must be serviced / adjusted and holding <=4C in foods before reuse. Operator to properly manage issue.
