- Provide paper toweling in staff washroom (corrected during inspection). Have paper toweling dispenser installed within reach of the user in staff washroom.

- Correct that sanitizer spray is over all equipment. Appears to be issue with spray arm in dishwasher. Clean downspout on front of pop dispenser for ice.

- Countertop dairy cooler not holding <=4 C in milk product. Small amount discarded by operator. Have unit serviced / adjusted and holding <=4 C before reuse and add unit to daily monitoring. Left side of prep. table not holding <=4C in foods. Have unit serviced / adjusted and holding <=4C in all areas. Operator to manage issue.
