      • 1. Do not store cleaning accessories - mops, buckets and brooms in areas accessible to children.2. Do not dry/store rags on sink, counters or sink fixtures; install an appropriate rack to dry rags.

      • All the doors require pest proofing as discussed.

      • 1. Remove storage items from the downstairs washrooms.2. Ensure that the downstairs soap dispenser is operational; ensure that all sinks have working soap dispensers.

      • **Repeat violation. Observed mats being stacked on one another with sheets touching. Do not store sheets adjacent to one another. Bags for sleeping mats are not being replaced more frequently. Recommend building a shelf that separates the cots. For now, operator must change bags weekly, or store sheets in cubbies/bags and store disinfected mats together.

      • Acrylic paints were found and discarded at time of inspection that did not indicate that they were non-toxic. Acrylic powder was accessible to children and was promptly removed.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • - Many shelves throughout the centre are peeling on the edges or are otherwise in disrepair. Please repair these with a suitable and durable solution such as re-applying materials with screws vs using glue. - Grout in preschool room washroom (basement) is beginning to degrade. Repair grouting where it is in disrepair. - Window screen is missing in 3 year old room. Replace mesh screen.
