- Food items in cooler inserts measured at 6-7°C; manager mentioned that the cooler had not been able to maintain adequate temperature, which is why they add ice cubes on the bottom of the inserts; the ice cubes appeared to have melted on the bottom; more ice cubes added during the inspection; temperatures were adequate afterwards; please ensure to monitor the unit to maintain all high-risk food at 4°C or below at all times.
