      • There was nail bites and debris in the disinfectant solution. The manicure and pedicure tools were not cleaned properly. Clean the tools, rinse and dry them properly before placing in the disinfection solution. Discard the disinfectant solution daily and washed the container thoroughly.

      • There was nail bites and debris in the disinfectant solution. The manicure and pedicure tools were not cleaned properly. Clean the tools properly before disinfecting.

      • Debris build-up on the glue wheel. Clean after each use.

      • 1) Owner stated that they add water to the PREempt CS20. There was not disinfectant detected in the solution used to disinfect the tools. Solution failed the test strips test. Contact time was not tracked.2) Drill bits were soaked in 70% acohol. Please use PREempt CS20Follow manufacturer's instructions and do not dilute the PREempt CS20. Follow the manufacturer's instructions1) CLEAN/RINSE/DRY Clean tools using water and detergent. Rinse and dry thoroughly.2 ) FILL SOAKER Pour PREempt™ CS20 directly into soaking tray. Do not dilute3) SOAK TOOLS & RE-USE SOLUTION Fully immerse tools in PREempt™ CS20 for 20 minutes. Re-use solution for up to 14 days.* *The solution must be discarded after 14 days or sooner as dictated by AHP7 Test Strips. Read label for full list of claims and use-directions.4) RINSE, DRY & STORE Rinse tools with water and dry manually usingclean cloth or disposable towel. Store in a clean container marked“DISINFECTED”.3) The PREempt RTU was expired in October 2022 and no invoice to stated that it was purchased recently.Provide new PREempt RTU.4) Tools were not rinsed after disinfection.Rinse tools after disinfection.
