      • The hot water knob on handwashing station at the kitchen entrance was loose/not functioning.- Repair the handwashing sink.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Ambient temperature of the front prep line cooler was measured 10.1 degrees Celsius. Inspection was conducted following busy lunch period. - Operator instructed to monitor temperature and get repairs done if cooler is unable to maintain temperature at 4 degrees Celsius or below.

      • Lemon scented bleach was being used to soak rags.- Please acquire non-scented regular bleach to ensure sanitizer is food safe.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Quat test strips were expired, and no chlorine test strips were available.- Please acquire test strips for all chemicals used in the facility.

      • Update Jan 10, 2025:- Back of house sink has been repaired. Front of house is scheduled for repair within a week.One front hand sink had no cold water. All hand wash stations are to be equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, disposable paper towels, and a garbage bin
