- Observation(s): Handwashing is available however the designated hand sink must be fixed as it is leaking. Operator is currently using dishwashing sink as a temporary solution. Dishwashing sink is not full and does not impede ability to wash hands. Operator must repair the handsink as handwashing station must be separate from dishwashing.
