- Observation(s): Sanitizer container used for wiping cloths for the steaming wand noted at 50 ppm QUATs. This was corrected during inspection. Dishwasher at 73.5 degrees C.

- Observation(s): Unable to detect hot water from the handwash station across from the coffee machines. Tap was turned on and tested multiple times for a few minutes in both tap directions.
