      • Files and emery boards for clients are not being properly stored in the nail room near the front desk: client's tools were sticking out of zip loc bags or paper towels. On the shelf was a used file, buffing block and emery board not stored away in a zip loc bag with the client's name on it. *Shelf tools were discarded*Ensure client's tools are properly stored and separated from any other client's tools.

      • Facility is using Let's Touch as a disinfectant for re-usable tools and equipment: this product is an intermediate level disinfectant and does not have a DIN or NPN number. The facility does have Pre-empt and it is used to disinfect the re-circulation foot bath. The Pre-empt bottle was almost empty. Staff mentioned they have an order of Pre-empt arriving on Monday.
