      • There was a sticky spill underneath the stand-up cooler at back of kitchen. The microwave near the door had food debris in it.Please clean. Facility has recently purchased new stand-up coolers located on each floor. The mini cooler's need to have thermometers inside them.Lactic acid test strips were available. Facility uses bleach. Please ensure to purchase chlorine test strips for bleach sanitizer.

      • Kitchen did not have any chlorine test strips to measure sanitizer concentration. Discussed purchasing from a food or chemical supplier. Some coolers did not have thermometers in them. Discussed purchasing a thermometer for coolers that do not have one.
