      • Water sample from Monday August 11th, 2025 was not processed by the lab. Missing time/date of collection information on the form. - Operators were informed to submit a re-sample.
    • 10. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this pool (Non-Critical)?
      • Flow meters on the jet pumps were maxed out; was not able to get an accurate reading on flow. Ensure that maximum flow of pump does not exceed drain cover specification (use pump curve).
    • 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • Some sand was noted in the bottom of the basin. - Remove the sand, ensure the laterals in the filter are in good condition.

      • Clarity was not being tracked on the daily log sheets. -Please update the log sheets to include daily observations regarding water clarity.
