      • 1) No plans and procedures were able to be located onsite. - Please ensure that The Sanitation Plan, Safety and Supervision Plan, Water Quality Incident Response Plans, and Anti-entrapment plans are created and are kept onsite in a location that is known to staff. Plans should be able to be referenced by staff when needed. 2) The anti-entrapment plan on file is incomplete, missing information about the circulation system. - Please ensure an updated anti-entrapment assessment is conducted and plans are updated.

      • 1) Drain covers were changed during the renovations in November. Anti-entrapment plans onsite have not been updated to indicate new cover specifications. - Please update the anti-entrapment plans to include the specs for the new covers. 2) Some statements are missing from signage in the pool area. Missing statements include: "Glass is not allowed in barefoot areas", "Street footwear not allowed in barefoot areas", "Patrons need to wash their hands with soap after using the washroom or changing diapers", and "patrons who are intoxicated cannot use the pool". - Please add the statements to the signage.
