      • **Repeat Violation**Many house flies were noted throughout the facility. - Consult with pest control company. Keep the doors to the outside closed. Remove and standing water or food debris. May need additional fly control measures such as lights/traps.

      • 1) Wet sanitizer cloths were out on the counter. - Please ensure all sanitizer cloths are stored in an approved sanitizer solution. 2) Cloths in the sanitizer bucket were not fully submerged in the sanitizer solution. - Please ensure cloths are always fully submerged.
