      • 1. Replace the soiled ceiling tiles.2. Remove toy storage from the staff washroom.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • Ensure that proper measures for toy washing are in place. (wash toys with soap and water, rinse, disinfect with chlorine solution 100ppm and air dry) Acquire test strips with the vial it comes in to ensure adequate concentration is achieved.
