      • 1. Handle of the scoop was observed in the bulk supply of bread crumb.- Have the handle of the scoop sticking out of the bulk supply or have the scoop placed in a holder. 2. Shoes were observed in the kitchen area under the over. - All personal items must be separate from the kitchen area.
    • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • 1. Personal items such as snacks and tools were stored with food and food items. - Provide a separate space to store personal items and tools.2. In the walk-in fridge it was observed food near the floor. - All food must be 6" off the ground.

      • The food permit was blocked by a plant.-Please ensure that the food permit is displayed where it is easily visible to the people served.

      • Baking utensils and food items were surrounding the handwash sink. Provide a guard between these items or relocate them in another area.
    • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Personal items such as snacks and tools were stored with food and food items. Provide a separate space to store personal items and tools.

      • "REPEATED VIOLATION"September 11, 2024,Increase in the amount of clutter noted in the bakery. Remove items from the bakery that are not part of the operation. and personal items to all for pest monitoring and cleaning.

      • A large piece of plastic was used to cover the area surrounding the mixers. to prevent splatter from the mixes. Plastic can't be cleaned and sanitized properly. Provide a smooth, impervious to moisture and easily cleanable surface around the mixers.

    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • The bleach solution concentration was found to be around 10 ppm. The operator immediately made a new bleach solution, and after testing it the concentration was 100 ppm.-Ensure that the bleach solution is 100ppm.

      • A bucket of pork soup was found on the floor of the freezer. The operator removed the pork bucket from the floor.-Ensure that the food is not store on the floor but is stored at least 6"(inches) above the ground.

      • " REPEATED VIOLATION"SEPTEMBER 11 2024, The eggs were measured at 12 C.The operator was asked to put the eggs in the cooler.1) 2.5 boxes of eggs were left out at room temperature. Any eggs that are not used, must be discarded if they are left out at room temperature. Please make a note on when the eggs were taken out. April 20, 2023, inspection:2 boxes of eggs at room temperature.2) Two boxes of butter were left out at room temperature. Owner was tempering the butter for baking. Label stated, " Keep Refrigerated".Owner stated the eggs and butter need to be at room temperature for a period of time to use for baking. Eggs and butter do not need to be out for several hours before using.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • The scoops were stored inside the sugar containers. The operator removed the scoops and put in for dishwashing.-Ensure that the scoops are stored in such a way that the handles don't touch the food.
