      • Instruments were washed in the washroom sink. This is not allowed. Please ensure that you have designated sink for washing instruments which is not in the washroom. If the sink is used for dual purpose, such as handwashing and washing instruments, written sink decontamination procedure must be available.

      • Pedicure instruments reprocessed at the washroom sink. Instrument reprocessing area cannot be set up in the washroom. Sink located inside one of the service rooms can be set up for this purpose or sink where other instruments are reprocessed can be used with condition that dual purpose sink written decontamination procedure is in place.
