- Expired High level disinfectant - must be replaced immediately.Disinfectant test strips must be available and test record maintained in a log attached with this report.Instruments not kept in disinfectant for at least 20 minutes as per label instructions.

- Pedicure instruments reprocessed at the washroom sink. Instrument reprocessing area cannot be set up in the washroom. Sink located inside one of the service rooms can be set up for this purpose or sink where other instruments are reprocessed can be used with condition that dual purpose sink written decontamination procedure is in place.
